RESPONSIBILITIES: -Greets all customers in a warm, sincere, and helpful manner -Takes orders and serves meals and beverages promptly and courteously -Accurately enter orders into POS and manage close out of checks -Ensures that work areas are clean and that equipment, tools, and supplies are properly stored -Follows safety and sanitation rules and practices -Ensures compliance with all applicable federal and state laws and all company policies -Helps bus and set tables and performs side-work

RESPONSIBILITIES: -Prepares hot and cold food (entrees, soups, salads, etc.) following established recipes for all meal services and special events -Cleans work areas and all equipment used in food preparation -Follows safety and sanitation rules and practices -Restocks food supplies and takes inventory when required -Other duties as assigned
